Job summary

Traba is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to keep daily operations smooth and ensure shifts posted on our marketplace are executed flawlessly. You will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to tailor operations to each customer’s needs.

You will help provide an excellent worker experience, resolve issues quickly, and manage worker communications to meet client demands. The role includes rotating shifts and remote collaboration as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in track & trace, logistics coordination or similar role.
• Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks under pressure.
• Ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with customer care for workers.
• Strong communication written and verbal skills.
• Attention to detail with fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations live; ensure shifts on the marketplace are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate with Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs.
• Ensure a positive and trusted worker experience on the platform.
• Support workers before, during, and after shifts to improve satisfaction.
• Resolve worker issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage workers to deliver required headcount for clients.
• Ensure workers clock in/out correctly for accurate payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product.
• Assist with forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives when needed.
• Help build and improve standard operating procedures.
• Learn and master multiple internal systems.
• Assist workers in using the Traba app and handle sensitive issues.
