Bush & Bush Law Group in Colombia is seeking a diligent Litigation Assistant to support our personal injury and employment law teams. You will help prepare documents, manage case files, and assist with trial readiness, working closely with attorneys and paralegals.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in Law or related field, US legal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A collaborative, client-focused mindset is essential to thrive in our fast-paced firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury law preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication; customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with legal research databases.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files; ensure filings and accessibility.
• Assist with discovery: gather, summarize, organize responses, and create binders.
• Manage case calendars; track deadlines, appointments, hearings.
• Communicate with clients; provide updates and answer inquiries.
• Prepare trial materials: exhibits and trial binders.
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
