Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a seasoned leader to drive strategic transformation projects across its Pure Flow Processing division. You will shape and deliver high-impact initiatives, develop robust business cases, and present outcomes to senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, and the ability to work across cultures with international travel as needed. A Master's degree and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation or related international environment.
• Proven project management experience with delivering complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, transformation and M&A projects from conception to implementation.
• Develop business cases, analyses and executive recommendations for leadership.
• Drive project execution, monitor progress and mitigate risks to deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with BU management, finance and functions to support strategy and change.
• Prepare executive presentations and decision materials for senior management.
