Fresh Prints in Colombia seeks a seasoned marketer who can own email and SMS content—from subject lines to CTAs—and turn a solid technical platform into a vibrant, value-filled channel for a college-age audience. You will lead lifecycle programs, craft timely campaigns, test approaches, and collaborate with brand and creative teams to keep messages on-brand and human.

With 4–8 years in email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing, you’ll balance data insight with compelling writing and deliverability

Formación

• 4–8 years in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs like Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze.
• Understanding of lifecycle programs: welcome series, post-purchase flows, re-engagement, cart abandonment, and segmentation.
• Comfort with email performance metrics and deriving insights.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Strong written communication with personality.
• Consumer-focused writing experience is a plus (B2C/DTC).

Responsabilidades

• Own email and SMS content — subject lines, body, CTAs across major moments.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to keep sends on-brand.
• Develop a campaign content calendar aligned to the marketing plan.
• Own A/B testing and apply learnings to future sends.
• Write messages for a college-age audience with authentic voice.
• Own lifecycle strategy: welcome, post-purchase, cart/browse abandonment, re-engagement, win-back.
• Audit lifecycle program to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Define segmentation and journey logic for audiences.
• Build conversational lifecycle content that feels personal.
• Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics; maintain sender reputation.
• Report performance and propose data-driven optimizations.
• Bring a data-informed POV on next steps and tests.
