Prominence Advisors and Tegra Analytics are seeking an Associate Analyst to support life sciences clients across commercial sales operations, incentive compensation, and performance analytics. Working with senior team members, you will turn sales data into accurate reports and practical insights for client teams.

This foundational role combines hands-on analysis with client service, following established processes, and building increasing independence as analytics skills grow.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with colleagues and client teams.
• Ability to organize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Interest in life sciences commercial operations and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support commercial sales operations with data analyses, territory updates, and KPI reporting.
• Assist with incentive compensation data preparation, model scenarios, and payout reviews.
• Help prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and routine communications.
• Perform analytics and quality checks, refreshing dashboards and reconciling data.
• Identify process improvements and help develop reusable templates as skills grow.
