Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Mass Consumption, consulting companies, Retailers.
• Experience with NielsenIQ information and customer management.
• Advanced English written and oral skills.
• At least 6 years of working experience.

• Lead and develop younger analytical and consulting talent.
• Develop strategic plans for key clients to ensure value delivery.
• Plan and deploy strategies to achieve client satisfaction and KPIs.
• Review KPIs periodically with clear success criteria.
• Demonstrate ROI through quantifiable opportunities.
• Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-Level clients.
• Monitor service quality and adjust Joint Business Plans as needed.
• Identify opportunities with Consulting Lead and Account Development.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and daily team coordination.
• Engage and motivate direct reports to support career growth.
