Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role you will own backlog, capture operational needs, and translate them into epics and stories for development teams.

You will map and evaluate APIs and interfaces, drive end-to-end testing, and serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS, configurations, and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Experience executing end-to-end flow testing and root-cause issue triage; ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
