Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into Epics and user stories, and map API/EDI interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS, driving end-to-end testing and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduation in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate to epics and stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and UAT readiness.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active configurations.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
