Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development. You will translate complex logistics into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active deployments.

You will own the backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, design end-to-end testing, and provide deep system expertise to ensure scalable supply chain execution across our enterprise software footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration and system integration knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration with ERP/TMS via APIs/EDI.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and UAT readiness.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
