Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the product backlog, translate requirements into actionable items, and drive integration between Manhattan WMS and external systems such as ERP and TMS.

You will design comprehensive end-to-end tests, validate edge cases, and act as the expert on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities. A strong IT background and CSPO/Manhattan certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years IT enterprise app experience with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validation before UAT.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
