Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions on Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations, design end-to-end testing, and serve as SME for WMS configurations. A strong IT background, hands-on SQL, and Agile delivery are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications with warehouse/domain experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active platforms.
• Knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred; Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead technical integration of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex logistics scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
