Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, shaping our enterprise software footprint.

You will lead backlog, drive API and data interfaces, and ensure thorough flow testing across the supply chain. A strong background in WMS configuration and Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with focus on warehouse management systems.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and system integration standards.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
