Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Owner - WMS to join its IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and lead technical integration across ERP and TMS interfaces with Manhattan WMS platforms.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations, driving end-to-end testing and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced IT

Qualifications

• Must have extensive IT enterprise application experience with relevant platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active WMS and integrations.
• Strong experience with SQL, APIs, EDI, and data interfaces.
• Proven ability to work in Agile delivery environments and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
