Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active systems to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards
• Agile delivery frameworks and stakeholder bridging experience

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing, validate edge cases before UAT
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, architecture
