Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You’ll bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, leveraging Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities.

You’ll own backlog, lead integration efforts with ERP/TMS, design end-to-end flow tests, and serve as a subject-matter expert on Manhattan WMS configurations and architecture.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and system integration knowledge.
• Proven end-to-end testing, root-cause triage, and stakeholder bridging abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
