Job summary

SOLVO S.A.S is seeking a proactive Legal Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles. You will source, screen, and hire top talent while partnering with Hiring Managers to support growth and talent strategy.

The role emphasizes sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms, along with conducting virtual interviews via Zoom and managing offers. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience Required: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting English Level: Advanced (C1-C2 preferred) Tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Create, maintain, and update job postings across multiple sourcing platforms.
• Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and virtual interviews via Zoom.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate employment offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
