Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will stay informed about market conditions and support marketing plans to sustain occupancy. You will use on-site software (OneSite/Yardi) to track availability and resident data, and you will ensure show units meet

Formación

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, screenings, and leases.
• Inspect units before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease decisions and renewals.
• Maintain show quality and update records in property management software.
