Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, implementing marketing plans, tracking data in on-site software, and following up with prospects to secure leases or renewals. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and screen credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
