Platzi Learn at Platzi is seeking a Customer Success professional to guide enterprise clients through implementation, ensuring results from onboarding to measurable outcomes. You will review generated courses, focusing on clip quality, structure, and student experience.

As the liaison between clients and our internal teams, you will document friction with context to steer product improvements and turn each client’s needs into concrete actions inside the platform, empowering client content teams

Formación

• 3+ years in customer success, implementation, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or edtech.
• Experience managing enterprise clients as your main point of contact.
• English at B2 minimum, spoken and written.
• Background in instructional design, pedagogy, or corporate training.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation.

• Guide new and existing clients through their Platzi Learn implementation, from onboarding to results.
• Build and review generated courses with a critical eye: clip quality, pedagogical structure, content clarity, and student experience.
• Be the bridge between the client and the internal team. Spot friction, document it, and communicate it with context so client feedback shapes the product.
• Understand each client's business well enough to turn their needs into concrete decisions inside the platform.
• Train the client's content teams so they can run Platzi Learn on their own.

Summary

You are the bridge between what Platzi Learn can do and what the client needs. You understand their business, you know the platform inside out, and you turn company content into learning experiences that actually solve their problems and move the metrics they care about.

As Platzi Learn grows with enterprise clients, the bottleneck is implementation: building courses, regenerating clips, creating simulators, prioritizing improvements with real pedagogical judgment, and staying with the client from their first steps in Platzi until their contract goals are met.
