Pond & Company is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide the design, development, and delivery of our internal business applications. You’ll set technical direction, stay hands-on, and mentor a small team to build reliable software.

You will balance architecture leadership with hands-on coding, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability as the platform scales.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in .NET or Java and relational databases.
• Experience building and scaling web applications.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and development of internal web apps from concept to production.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide technical decisions.
• Ensure code quality, testing, security, and documentation standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and work.
