Instaleap is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Leader to own the Internal Tools platform. You will shape technical vision, architecture, and execution while mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and observable software.

You will design using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js, stay hands-on with code, and drive automation and AI improvements in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering and leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies, marketplaces, or startup environments.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software security, observability, and engineering best practices.
• English level B2 or above.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our Internal Tools platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Act as the technical bridge between Operations and Engineering, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and career development.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.
• Own technical quality, security, performance, and observability across our internal products.
• Stay hands-on by contributing code while leading technical decision-making.
