Softgic S. is seeking a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep Microsoft Azure experience and strong enterprise development background to guide architecture and hands-on delivery.

You will lead agile teams, design scalable, secure solutions on Azure, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to support modernization and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, drive code quality, and stay adept with evolving Microsoft technologies and Azure services.

We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Azure cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‑on development, supporting initiatives such as application modernization and cloud migration.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the Azure ecosystem, a solid background in enterprise software development, and proven ability to lead agile teams while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Azure
• Define and validate enterprise and cloud-based architectures
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, technical design, and planning
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability
• Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) when required
• Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
