LawnStarter seeks a hands-on Lead Security to own application, cloud, and data protection across the platform. You will set multi-year direction, build controls, and partner with delivery teams and Cloud & DevOps to drive security at scale.

You start as security-of-one with a clear path to leading a team within 12–18 months, prioritizing high-impact risk reduction and fast, safe shipping.

Formación

• Hands-on security across app, cloud, and data protection.
• Experience building scalable security in rapid-growth marketplaces.
• Familiarity with PCI/SOC 2 and LGPD is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own application security across PHP/Laravel, TS/React, and AWS.
• Define multi-year security strategy and build scalable controls.
• Hands-on security-of-one with plan to lead a team in 12–18 months.
• Develop threat models, CI security gates, and incident runbooks.
• Improve detection with Datadog, Sentry, and AWS signals.
• Set hiring bar, standards, and processes to scale the security function.
