En Bogotá, Colombia, Publicis Groupe busca un Senior Motion Designer con más de 6 años de experiencia en motion design y animación en agencias, estudios creativos o productoras. La misión es crear y elevar la calidad de gráficos en movimiento para múltiples formatos y plataformas, incluyendo títulos, transiciones y piezas digitales.

Buscamos profesional con dominio de la suite de Adobe, After Effects y Cinema 4D, capacidad para interpretar guías de marca, mentoría de equipos y enfoque

Qualifications

• 6+ años de experiencia en motion design en agencias, estudios o productoras.
• Dominio de Adobe After Effects y creación de plantillas avanzadas.
• Dominio de Cinema 4D.
• Fuerte sentido de diseño, composición y timing de animación.
• Conocimiento de jerarquías de marca y de trabajar dentro de ellas.
• Experiencia creando contenido para plataformas sociales.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés es obligatorio.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar y animar gráficos en movimiento de alta calidad para redes sociales, televisión, web y campañas exteriores.
• Crear tratamientos de título animados, transiciones, end-cards y otros elementos de video con atención al tempo, composición y detalle.
• Desarrollar mockups estáticos para aprobación antes de la animación.
• Construir y mantener plantillas de After Effects para uso de producción repetido.
• Colaborar con Directores Creativos y otros diseñadores en proyectos diarios, asegurando que todo cumpla estándares creativos y de marca.
• Liderar y orientar a diseñadores de motion junior, brindando guía sobre oficio, flujo de trabajo y resolución creativa.
• Gestionar múltiples proyectos a la vez manteniendo calidad y cumpliendo plazos.
• Participar y contribuir de forma significativa a sesiones de lluvia de ideas y revisiones creativas.
• Interactuar con creativos senior y la agencia de manera profesional y con confianza cuando se requiera.
• Usar herramientas de IA para trabajar con mayor eficiencia sin comprometer la calidad del resultado final.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with 6+ years of experience in motion design and animation within advertising agencies, creative studios, or production companies. Their mission will be to create and elevate the quality of motion graphics and animated content across a variety of formats and platforms, including title treatments, transitions, end cards, and digital content. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in design and animation, the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset that contributes to both creative excellence and team growth.

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media, broadcast, web, and out-of-home campaigns
• Create polished animated title treatments, transitions, end-cards, and other video elements with close attention to timing, composition, and detail
• Develop static design mockups for approval before moving into animation
• Build and maintain After Effects templates for repeatable production use
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and other designers on daily projects, ensuring all work meets creative and brand standards
• Lead and mentor junior motion designers, providing guidance on craft, workflow, and creative problem-solving
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and hitting deadlines
• Participate in and contribute meaningfully to brainstorms and creative reviews
• Engage with Senior Creatives and agency in a professional and confident manner when required
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently without compromising the quality of the final output

Cualificaciones

• 6+ years of motion design experience at an agency, studio, or in-house team
• Expert level in the full Adobe Suite, namely After Effects with advanced template creation
• Expert level in Cinema 4D
• Exceptional sense of design, composition, and animation timing
• Strong understanding of brand hierarchies and how to work within and across them
• Highly skilled in type animation, shape layers, transitions, and complex motion sequences
• Experience creating content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Comfortable presenting work and communicating creative decisions to Creative Directors
• Strong understanding of production workflows and file organization
• Up to date on motion design trends and social media formats
• Familiar with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar platforms and open to adopting new ones as the space evolves
• Advanced english level is obligatory.
