Publicis Sapient en Bogotá busca un Senior Presentation Designer con fuerte enfoque en diseño de presentaciones para apoyar a clientes basados en EE. UU. y stakeholders ejecutivos.

El rol exige maestría en sistemas de presentación y narrativas visuales, manteniendo estándares de calidad y consistencia. La posición implica colaborar con equipos creativos y estratégicos, y utilizar IA para mejorar flujos de trabajo cuando sea apropiado.

Formación

• Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite y herramientas de presentación.
• Experiencia comprobable en presentaciones ejecutivas y decks para clientes.
• Capacidad de traducir ideas complejas en historias visuales claras.
• Experiencia trabajando con clientes estadounidenses o equipos globales.
• Nivel mínimo de inglés B2 y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.

In Bogotá - Colombia, we are seeking a Senior Presentation Designer with a strong focus on Presentation Design to support US‑based clients, including executive leadership and C‑suite stakeholders. This role is presentation‑led and responsible for creating, refining, and elevating high‑impact executive decks, leadership presentations, and new business pitches. The ideal candidate is a master of presentation systems and visual storytelling, combining exceptional attention to detail with strong creative judgment. They are equally comfortable refining existing materials for consistency and polish as they are building beautifully crafted decks from early‑stage content, brand guidelines, or minimal direction.

While the primary focus of this role is presentation design, the Senior Presentation Designer is also expected to occasionally stretch into broader creative support across traditional, digital, and social formats as business needs require. This role partners closely with US‑based creative, strategy, and production teams in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a collaborative environment within the creative team by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and promoting presentation design best practices.
• Facilitate clear communication within the team and confidently present creative concepts, design rationale, and storytelling approaches to stakeholders.
• Participate actively in new business pitches, executive presentations, and strategic visual communication initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Design and develop corporate presentations, executive decks, and visual communication materials that integrate industry best practices and strong storytelling principles.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, visual systems, and branded assets to ensure consistency across client communications.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure team awareness of presentation design, production, and visual communication best practices while proactively identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
• Translate complex ideas, data, and business narratives into clear, compelling visual stories for executive and client-facing audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, account, production, and creative partners, to deliver high-quality visual communication solutions.
• Support work for US‑based clients and executive stakeholders, maintaining a strong client-service mindset and attention to detail.
• Leverage emerging creative technologies and AI-assisted tools, when appropriate, to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.

Cualificaciones

• A collaborative approach to design, working effectively with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to deliver high-quality visual communication solutions.
• Proficiency in design software to create, refine, and elevate presentation materials, visual systems, and graphic assets.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design systems, information hierarchy, and best practices for executive and client-facing communications.
• Stay informed on industry trends, presentation design best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving creative tools.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as presentation platforms such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and Canva.
• Familiarity with ReadyMag and other emerging presentation or visual communication platforms is a plus.
• A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills, presentation design excellence, storytelling capabilities, and strong application of design principles, color, typography, and layout.
• Proven experience in a Presentation Designer, Visual Communications Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of executive presentations, client-facing decks, and creative projects.
• Experience supporting US‑based clients, executive stakeholders, or global teams is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex ideas, business narratives, and data into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Strong client-service mindset with the ability to work confidently with executive and client-facing audiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline-driven environments while managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and tools is a plus.
• Minimum B2 English level, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
