Publicis Groupe in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Creative Engineer with 3+ years in front-end development or creative technology. You will bridge creativity and tech to transform concepts into engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages, emails, and interactive solutions.

You will collaborate with designers, directors, and developers to deliver high-quality digital products while staying current with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Development, Front-End Development, Creative Technology, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, email templates, and interactive digital experiences.
• Translate creative concepts and designs into responsive, high-quality digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Build reusable front-end components and scalable digital assets.
• Integrate APIs and third-party platforms to enhance user experiences.
• Optimize digital experiences for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility.
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute innovative technology-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain digital products to ensure quality and functionality.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, creative trends, and AI-powered tools.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and development standards.

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Creative Engineer with 3+ years of experience in front-end development, creative technology, or digital production within advertising agencies, creative studios, digital marketing environments, or technology-driven organizations. Their mission will be to bridge creativity and technology by transforming creative concepts into engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive solutions. We are seeking a professional with strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, email templates, and interactive digital experiences.
• Translate creative concepts and designs into responsive, high-quality digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Creative Directors, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Build reusable front-end components and scalable digital assets.
• Integrate APIs and third-party platforms to enhance user experiences.

Cualificaciones

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Development, Front-End Development, Creative Technology, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive development.
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar.
• Experience building websites, landing pages, and email templates.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility, and web performance.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative or development tools is a plus.
• English level B1
