Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Manager Accounts Payable to lead the LAC payable operations, guiding a regional team through invoice processing and payments.

The role emphasizes automation, on-time performance, and cross-border, multi-currency transactions within a complex international finance landscape. Reporting to the Director, Payables Global Process Owner, you will partner with Global Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and business units to strengthen controls and drive efficiency across the Payables

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a senior finance/payables role.
Experience managing Payables organizations.
Experience with LAC region banking standards.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
Experience with internal audits and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

Direct the LAC Accounts Payable function and oversee invoice processing and regional payments.
Drive automation, on-time payment metrics, and process standardization.
Collaborate with Global Payables and Finance stakeholders to improve systems and tools.
Lead regional initiatives to integrate acquired entities into Visa’s Payables environment.
Foster continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
