EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer in Colombia to align business goals with hands-on delivery. You will drive architecture, UI/UX, and API specs while coordinating with an India-based team to enable live collaboration and production-ready backlogs across enterprise platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong TS/JS with React, Node.js or Python, and a track record in AI/LLM solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders worldwide is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience directing and overseeing development teams.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with React or similar frontend.
• Backend engineering with Node.js or Python and API/integration design.
• Proven track record delivering AI/LLM solutions.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance and HR.
• Translate use cases into architecture, UX designs, API specs, and backlog.
• Architect and connect agentic workflows across enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HCM).
• Drive security, observability, and production readiness of solutions.
• Coordinate with India-based team for requirements, PR reviews and release quality.
