BairesDev is hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to drive the architectural design and execution of enterprise data platforms. You will lead the development of scalable data pipelines and mentor engineering teams to ensure technical excellence.

We seek 8+ years in software or distributed systems, with Apache Spark, Java/Scala, and Kubernetes expertise. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation and a global team.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Big Data Platform Architecture, or Distributed Systems.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and optimizing distributed data processing systems using Apache Spark.
• Strong hands-on development experience in Java or Scala.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and managing containerized data workloads.
• Experience setting long-term architectural direction and driving scalability strategies across multi-cloud environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Establish long-term technical and architectural standards for distributed data processing across multi-cloud environments.
• Architect, build, and optimize backend pipelines and user-facing applications to manage high-throughput data workloads.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technical improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform scalability strategies with business-critical objectives.
• Oversee the deployment and orchestration of containerized workloads to guarantee high availability and system reliability.
