Job summary

EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to shape how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will lead frontend work, collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders, and create scalable UI features using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

You will own A/B tests and personalization inside Adobe Target, ensure QA checks, draft technical docs, and build relationships with the Marketing and IT teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years frontend web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• At least 1 year leading development teams.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing/personalization tools.
• At least 3 years using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); knowledge of Adobe Experience Fragments is a bonus.
• Strong troubleshooting, curious and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English communication at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Join meetings regularly and communicate clearly in English within project platforms.
• Develop frontend features for A/B tests and personalization in Adobe Target.
• Ensure that testing, personalization, and related work are scalable and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Perform weekly QA/QC on active tests and campaigns and review setups.
• Draft technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing efforts.
• Build solid working relationships with Marketing, IT, and optimization teams.
