Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer in Colombia to shape customer experiences across digital platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and IT stakeholders, delivering robust front-end solutions and supporting A/B testing initiatives using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.

Requirements include 3+ years in front-end development, strong Adobe Target/AEM experience, and excellent English communication. The role emphasizes teamwork, scalable solutions, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing and personalization software.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Fragments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively in English with marketers and developers.
• Develop front-end experiences for A/B tests and personalization initiatives using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• Ensure A/B testing and personalization solutions are scalable and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct weekly QA/QC reviews on live tests and related audits.
• Produce technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing work.
