Boldin is building its first dedicated data science function to turn data into decisions that shape product and user outcomes. As Lead Data Scientist, you will start hands-on, define key metrics, and set the standards that will guide a growing team.

You will partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions across the funnel, mentor data scientists, and scale the function from a hands-on expert to a strategic leader as Boldin grows.

Formación

• 6+ years in product-focused data science
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency (pandas, scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with A/B tests and experiments
• Practical predictive modeling and deployment
• Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1)

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead the data function, set technical standards, hire/mentor data scientists
• Own funnel analytics from acquisition to retention, define activation metrics
• Develop churn prediction and uplift models, run rigorous A/B testing
• Productize data science insights into data-driven features for customers
• Establish experimentation frameworks and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Define top-line KPIs with leadership and communicate insights across teams
• Advise on data enrichment to sharpen targeting and retention
