Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc in Colombia seeks a Lead Data Integration Engineer to ensure data flows reliably across systems, enabling informed business decisions. You will lead design and evolution of integration solutions and mentor team members.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and related tools. This role offers exposure to global projects and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse projects.
At least 1 year leading and managing teams.
Experience architecting, building, and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
Experience with Power BI for BI solutions.
Fluent English, B2+ level.

Responsibilities

Guide the design and evolution of data integration solutions that support evolving business needs.
Mentor and support team members, fostering best practices and consistent quality across data engineering work.
Coordinate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Oversee the stability and reliability of data pipelines, addressing issues proactively before they impact downstream processes.
Contribute to planning and prioritization efforts, helping align technical delivery with broader project timelines and goals.
