AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the replacement of a legacy digital ingestion tool with a custom ETL pipeline inside an existing AWS environment.

The role emphasizes strong SQL skills and experience with DSP data, plus evaluating build-vs-buy options and building a standalone pipeline for dashboards. The candidate will document existing logic, ingest from Amazon API and other DSP data sources, and collaborate with data science teams to ensure outputs align with

Formación

• Strong SQL and large-scale data ingestion experience (4+ years).
• Experience with digital advertising DSP data and related APIs.
• Experience with AWS data services and cloud environments (RDS/Postgres, S3, ECS).
• Ability to extend ETL with backend work and analytics support.

Responsabilidades

• Document current ingestion logic inside the legacy TapClicks tool (sources, endpoints, schemas, transformation).
• Build ETL pipeline to replace legacy system via AWS for ingestion from Amazon API and DSP data sources.
• Evaluate off-the-shelf vs custom ETL solutions with Infra Lead.
• Design the standalone pipeline to power client-facing dashboards.
• Provide flexible engineering support for app/backend work within AWS as directed.
• Coordinate with data science teams to ensure ingestion aligns with downstream models.
• Operate within AWS environment (ECS, S3, RDS) without standing up parallel infra.
