Nubank is seeking a Lead Software Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia. You will shape the technical direction of teams and design large-scale systems, primarily using Clojure. Ideal candidates have over 8 years in digital products and strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices.

Formación

• At least 8 years of experience developing digital products in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
• A proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale systems.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and raising the technical bar across organizations.
• Strong communication skills to identify and prevent risks, explain trade-offs.
