Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Launch & Commercialization Excellence in Bogotá. You will lead pre‑launch and launch activities, coordinating global teams and ensuring alignment with frameworks and best practices.

In this role, you’ll drive Agile ways of working, build clear plans, track progress, and manage risks. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus, with fluency in English (C1) and 8+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional, complex or multi‑market initiatives in healthcare, pharma, or related fields.
• Proficient with PMO and Agile tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) to set up workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus; English at a fluent level (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre‑launch and launch activities aligned with global frameworks and best practices.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones; adapt to market changes.
• Track progress using Agile methods to ensure visibility and fast decision‑making.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, and digital teams.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions to prevent bottlenecks.
• Manage documentation, templates, and materials across centralized systems and digital tools.
• Support continuous improvement of launch excellence processes and tools globally.
