GSK in Colombia seeks a Launch Readiness & Excellence Lead to build and run the country’s end-to-end launch capability. You will shape the portfolio, drive governance, and ensure readiness for a robust pipeline of medicines and vaccines over the next five years.

You will report to the General Manager Colombia and coordinate across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply and Finance to maximize value and learnings for future launches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience leading product launches, including Solid Tumours or similar.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, including business-case development.
• Solid understanding of launches and interdependencies across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply and Finance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the launch portfolio and investment decisions with a 3–5 year view.
• Own and improve the Colombia Launch Excellence system and KPIs.
• Drive integrated launch readiness across functions and identify gaps early.
• Mobilize Product Launch Leads post GO decision and translate learnings into playbooks.
• Align portfolio plans with regional and global launch teams.
