Sanofi is seeking a Project Manager for Launch & Commercialization Excellence in Bogotá. You will orchestrate pre‑launch and launch activities, drive Agile ways of working, and coordinate with global teams to ensure launches land with excellence and impact.

You will manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation while collaborating across marketing, medical, regulatory, and digital partners in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Formación

• 8+ years experience as a project manager leading cross‑functional, complex or multi‑market initiatives in healthcare/pharma.
• PMO and Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project with dashboards and reporting.
• Strong collaboration and communication across international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering; advanced PM/IT degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligning with global frameworks and best practices.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones; adapt to changes.
• Track progress using Agile methods to ensure visibility and fast decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, medical, regulatory, legal, digital, and partners.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions to avoid bottlenecks.
• Manage documentation, templates, and materials across centralized systems and tools.
• Support continuous improvement of launch excellence processes and tools globally.
