You will collaborate with leadership and external auditors to embed regulatory obligations, monitor changes, and train teams to promote ethical practices and sustainable growth.

Formación

• Proven HR compliance experience across LATAM.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
