Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven systems to automate workflows and maintain digital audit trails.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
