You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring strict compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards across the Latin America region.

You will protect the organization by minimizing legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth.

Formación

• Experience in HR compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards.
• Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with a high level of integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region using data-driven systems.
