Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards across Latin America.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, other functions, and external auditors to minimize legal and reputational risks while supporting sustainable growth and ethical practices within a global data storage leader.

Formación

• Experience in HR compliance and policy management.
• Knowledge of Latin America regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
