Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager for LATAM to serve as a trusted advisor to customer security and IT teams, helping them adopt and operationalize Darktrace solutions. You will partner with customers to drive value realization, strengthen adoption, mitigate risk, and ensure long‑term success.

In this role, you will work across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services and Support to deliver measurable outcomes and maximize security program impact for enterprise customers

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Success Manager or similar.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or related tech.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT stakeholders.
• Develop technical success plans driving adoption and value realization.
• Identify use cases that embed cybersecurity tech into daily workflows.
• Monitor customer health metrics and address risks proactively.
• Help customers accelerate time-to-value and achieve security outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams.
• Capture customer feedback and communicate opportunities across the org.
• Engage in global cross-functional teamwork to ensure success.
