NOVVA Group seeks an experienced Lead for business development and early-stage renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects across Latin America, with a focus on Colombia. You will identify opportunities and drive projects from early development through implementation, coordinating with partners and stakeholders.

You will lead land acquisition, negotiations, permits, and rights of way, build strong relationships with local authorities, communities, and landowners, and help grow NOVVA

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project development or business development in renewable energy.
• Proven ability to source projects and develop partnerships.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, negotiations, easements, rights of way and project permitting.
• Colombia experience preferred; LATAM experience a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business development and early-stage development of renewables projects in LATAM.
• Negotiate land rights, leases, and related agreements.
• Advance permitting and approvals with authorities and communities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project development and commercial assessment.
• Track progress and manage risks related to land, permitting, policy and community relations.
• Build relationships with local developers and landowners to support growth in Colombia and beyond.
