This role operates in a hybrid Business/IT governance model, collaborating with Data Leaders, Tech Leads, and a dedicated engineering squad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management with data/analytics/BI focus preferred.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder communication across business and engineering audiences.
• Analytical mindset with prioritization skills and discovery-to-delivery drive.
• Advanced English; Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own the domain/data-context product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization with stakeholders and tech team.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories in Jira; bridge business needs and engineering.
• Participate in daily ceremonies, unblock dependencies, and support complex demands.
• Lead weekly roadmap alignment with Data Leaders and Tech Leads; refine backlog and support sprint planning.
• Contribute to key product rituals and collaborate with peer PMs.
