Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, planning to separate its Orthopedics business as DePuy Synthes, seeks a Quality professional to manage LATAM product complaints within the regional quality system and to develop and deliver regional complaints metrics.

The role covers complaint intake, acknowledgments, closure letters, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, with strong analytical and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the Quality Area related to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or Consumer products
• Education in Business Biosciences, Engineering or health-related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handle product complaint intake, translating events as needed and ensuring information is available in the system
• Send acknowledgment letters to sales force with reference numbers
• Prepare and send complaints closure letters in local language
• Support training activities related to the product complaint process
• Assist with QMSR preparation regarding product complaints metrics
• Support internal and external audits related to product complaint information
• Collaborate with Service Solutions, Medical Affairs, Brand Protection, Franchises and others to ensure proper product complaint management
• Lead and support COE continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for product complaints data
• Assist on non-conformances investigations related to product complaints
• Support Customer Service change requests and document revisions
