Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Bogotá is seeking a CS Order Entry LATAM specialist to ensure accurate, timely order processing across the LATAM region for DePuy Synthes. You will support end-to-end order-to-cash, coordinating with customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics to deliver value and on-time delivery.

Fluent Spanish is required with working Portuguese; English is a plus, and the role is primarily office-based with limited travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high volumes of transactional work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately enter, validate, and process customer sales orders in enterprise systems per procedures and SLAs.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, product availability, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer service to resolve issues.
• Provide professional order status updates and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Maintain accurate order documentation and data integrity in OMS/ERP.
• Identify recurring order issues and suggest process improvements.
