Job summary

adidas Colombia (LAM) seeks a Sr. Manager, Marketplace Integrations to lead the regional program across 6 LAM markets, driving strategic integrations and revenue growth in Digital Wholesale. You will own the PMO, prioritize projects, and secure resources to deliver on time and in full.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketplace programs, strong leadership, excellent communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. Based in Colombia (LAM) with a focus on regional expansion.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading digital marketplace integration programs.
• Exceptional communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional Partner Program integration roadmap across 6 LAM markets.
• Drive regional expansion with first‑of‑kind integrations and new models.
• Design and maintain governance frameworks for tracking progress, risks, and budget.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery across business, tech and ops teams.
• Feed market insights back to global teams to evolve the framework.
