Andes Global Trading seeks a Logistics Specialist – LATAM to oversee end-to-end export shipments from load entry to final delivery across the Americas. The role coordinates inland transport, drayage, port and ocean bookings, and USDA export inspections, while ensuring regulatory compliance and clear customer communication.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in logistics, fluency in English and Spanish, strong Excel and SAP experience, and a proactive, cost-conscious mindset for fast-paced

Formación

• Three or more years in logistics, transportation, or international trade.
• Experience coordinating export shipments, ocean freight, and drayage.
• Understanding USDA export inspections and destination import requirements.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cost-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage export shipments from order entry to final delivery.
• Serve as logistics contact for customers and traders.
• Provide updates on bookings, delays, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate inland transport, drayage, and ocean shipments.
• Ensure compliance with USDA inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain shipment data in SAP and internal systems.
• Monitor budgets and minimize avoidable costs.
