Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. You will develop, implement, and maintain organizational policies while ensuring strict compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards across Latin America.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors to embed compliance, manage risks, and support sustainable growth across Colombia and Mexico.

Formación

• Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region.
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
• Analytical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement with integrity and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and implement a comprehensive HR compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven systems to automate workflows and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance in day-to-day operations and advise on regulatory obligations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and local regulations by conducting regular assessments, tracking legal changes, and delivering targeted training.
